BURGER PROPERTY INVESTMENTS is management company that provides prospective renters and its tenants with clean, safe and well-maintained rental properties. We provide this service with respect and honesty.

"Current Rentals" lists properties currently available for non-students.

"Student Rentals" lists properties which are conveniently located within the vicinity of the several higher educational institutions in and around Boulder County. These properties are available to students and non-students.

Rental Application Process

1. View our available properties for rent on-line in our Current Rentals or
   Student Rentals sections or drive by the property and view the outside surroundings.
2. Call us immediately to set up a showing.
3. Once you have had a showing, fill out a rental application and send it to BURGER PROPERTY INVESTMENTS. A rental application is required from each person paying rent or living in the unit. The application must be completely filled out before it will be accepted. Please download an application by clicking on Rental Application on the main menu.
