Rental Application Process

1. View our available properties on-line and drive by to check out the location.
2. Call us to set up a showing.
3. After you have seen the inside of the property - submit a rental application.
4. Each person paying rent must submit a completely filled out and signed application.
5. Applications can be mailed to us at PO Box 271167, Louisville, CO 80027.
6. Applications can be dropped off (must be in envelope) at 357 S. McCaslin Blvd. Suite #200, Louisville, 80027.
7. A $30 non-refundable application fee must accompany all applications.
